TheMXV - P is a further development of the MXV launched in 1982. Its symmetric tread pattern is designed to offer exceptional grip to sports vehicles.
Its tread pattern allows the efficient evacuation of water on wet roads, reducing aquaplaning. The P (for "protection") plays the same role as for the XVS – P, by including a heavy-duty kerbing rib on the outer sidewall of the tyre, protecting the wheel or hubcap from kerbside friction.
